NCC annual training camp begins

The ten-day annual training camp, led by the 9 Kerala Girls Battalion, Kozhikode, commenced on May 13 at the NCC Group Training Centre, West Hill. The main objective of the camp is to mould a generation with civic sense and social responsibility.

The camp was inaugurated by Col. Venkatesan R., Commanding Officer of the NCC 9 Kerala Girls Battalion.

A total of 380 cadets from Kozhikode, Kannur, and Palakkad districts are participating in the camp. The camp includes personality development classes, social security awareness sessions, health and hygiene classes, self-defence training, and NCC subject training. The camp will conclude on May 22.
